Progress: We are committed to progressing our client’s website projects to completion – published out into the online world. To do this we provide our clients with various * tools, checklists, reminders and prompts, guidance and support throughout the process to help you provide us with the necessary information we require to create the site. * The level of this is dependent upon the package you have chosen. When taking on a site we schedule our time and resources accordingly with the expectation that there will be reasonable progress on receiving the necessary information required to progress the site. Therefore, it is important to note that where progress/communication is stalled/idle/halted and site content and requirements have not been provided to us within 30 days of us sending your initial welcome e-mail/getting started guide, or site edits/feedback are received outside of 10 working days of initial request, the site may become classified as ‘Dormant/Idle’. Where sites become classified as ‘Dormant/Idle’ there may be a delay of 3-4 weeks for the site to re-enter our production schedule and a reactivation fee of $249 will apply. This policy covers the additional costs incurred for resource commitments, scheduling demands and potential missed opportunities for us to attend to other business activities. Therefore, we highly recommend communicating effectively throughout the process – this relates to providing initial site requirements, responding to queries/requests for clarification or more information and providing site feedback/edits. We also understand that sometimes events occur to throw a spanner in the works of progress; simply contacting us to communicate any potential delays can in most cases, enable us to reschedule resources and help to avoid any dormant/idle fees. So let’s keep the lines of communication open to help facilitate timely delivery of the site and a smooth and rewarding process for all involved.
